The Friends of  Barfreston Church have two aims:

1. We wish to give a Christian welcome to the many visitors from all parts of the world who come to see and admire this beautiful and historic church

2. We need help in raising funds to help us to care for our heritage building so that we may hand it on in its beauty to succeeding generations.

Barfreston’s bell is 14th century in style.  Its “bell tower” is an ancient yew tree in the churchyard.
